3DG was brought on by The Hampshire Real Estate companies to help with budgeting for multi-tenants within the building.  When Presperse started to negotiate 3DG represented Hampshire at design and costing meetings with the ternate the tenants representatives (Jones Lang Lassalle) and the architects (NK Architects) to keep an up to the minute budgeting of the project.  The project was complete on time and within budget

Robert Woood Johnson Urgent Care

3DG was retained by Edgewood Properties & Somerset Medical center to construct an urgent care facility in Flemington New Jersey.  The project included a 1,500 square foot private practice doctor office for future doctor.  3DG was also hired for the exterior core & shell construction. This project was finished on time.

St John's Church

3DG was retained by the archdiocese to construct the second phase of St John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic in Whippany New Jersey.  The building was wood framed with over 20 different roof pitches making it a very complicated roof faming project. 

 

Project Features:

  • 2nd floor chorus balcony

3DG was retained by a repeat private developer to renovate an existing open shopping center.  The project was to bring the shopping center back down to the store front wall (during winter) and reconstruct a new canopy.  This project was very complex and complicated do to the center being open during the entire duration of the construction
