ESTIMATOR:
Ability to read and understand drawings
Ability to perform quantity takeoffs
Level, compare, and qualify subcontractor proposals
Compile proposal for senior Estimator's review
Present proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts with subs
Write Scopes of work for contracts
PROJECT MANAGERS:
Ability to understand, manage and meet client expectations in a collaborative environment.
Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and at the appropriate level of quality.
Manage a fair, competitive, well-scoped bid process.
Provide the necessary project documentation and manage cost control.
Completely understands the construction process.
Ability to develop & update project schedules.
Computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, excel, Bluebeam, ProEst
SUPERINTENDENTS:
Create and maintain a productive and safe jobsite for subcontractors / vendors and other employees.
Provide the necessary project documentation and scheduling.
Ability to meet project milestone and completion dates.
Excels at dealing with inspectors and 3rd party testing agencies
Helps coordinate deliveries.
Computer skills.
Good organization skills.
Completely understands the construction process.
